Refunds and Cancellations

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you change your mind and cancel your order within 3 days of placement, we will process a full refund as long as no work has already been performed on your project. If work has been performed, the refund amount will be prorated to account for work performed. After 3 days, all sales are final and are up to the sole discretion of Theoretical Dynamics.  Know that if you are not satisfied at any point during the process we will do our best to make it right and make you happy.

 

Shipping and Fulfillment

We ship printed parts to customers as they are completed. Completion times for products vary, but once shipped they should arrive in 7-10 days in the continental United States. In the event that there is shipping required to send to Theoretical Dynamics for use on your project – any and all costs associated with mailing, transporting, or sending us these items is the sole responsibility of the customer.
